Yes, its evalexia as a queen. this was fun to draw x3 inspired by a pic i saw ina book i bought called "manga matrix" it helps create characters alot 
oh yeah! the 2 live plushies? inspired by rabi~en~rose and Puchiko of Di Gi Charat....also ive been listening to alot of Panic! at the Disco lately (their new album is coming AROUND FALL!!) so that explains the creepy-doll-queen-of-strange look to it lol gawd I <3 PATD
